Are the recipes really gluten-free and dairy-free?

Every recipe is. Pick chocolate labeled both dairy-free and gluten-free, use certified gluten-free cereal and crackers, and check the labels on your cocoa powder, vanilla, and peppermint extract too.

How long do they keep?

Store everything in airtight containers in the fridge and eat it within 4 days. The chocolate treats can go in the freezer for up to 1 month. The gummies stay in the fridge.
